It started off with shooting from my lower back. As the doctor suggested an Xray and MRI was done. Once I got the results it indicated that I am suffering from lumbar disc herniation on the lower part of my back and acute sciatica. Started experience shooting pain on the right side of my leg onto my foot. The orthopaedic doctor said that surgery was the only option for me. My sister suggested that physiotherapy is the best remedy. I must say with the efforts and determination Dr. Avanti Kadam is really amazing, well skilled and the effects she puts in is the best !!! Before we moved on to any exercises she always explain to me what all they are for. I highly recommend Dr. Avanti Kadam who is a very highly educated, patient and very loving doctor.

Hi I would like to share my heart felt feelings about Dr Avanti.

She is the most sincere doctor i have come across and in a few words i can describe her. She has a miracle touch and God has really blessed her with a healing touch.

Once i had a pinched nerve , and my hand went numb i was so disturbed she assured me it will be ok in 3 days , and before the third sitting i was cured . She never tries to prolong the sittings she will teach u the exercise and ask u to continue at home .

I even had a severe back problem and could not get up from the bed and in a week i was up and moving with one week of her treatment she is truly dedicated to her profession .

I think tender care should be named as miracle touch or healing touch .

I visited Dr Avanti for a terrible pain in the hips and knees arising from over-exercising. Her experienced diagnosis confirmed not only that the pain is just an extreme form of soreness that will settle but she also administered current therapy (it's not as bad as it sounds, in fact it's a very comfortable therapy) to help reduce the pain. My pain was gone the same day after a few hours of visiting her, but the most unburdened I felt was when my mental stress arising from the pain dropped out after hearing her out! You feel lucky when such throbbing pain settles after being in expert hands. Thank you so much!

Dr Rane is fabulous. In 3 short sessions she made me understand what I was doing incorrectly from 3 perspectives: ergonomically, physically, and practically. I’d highly reccomend her for all physio requirements - specially for helping me correct my neck spasm
