Most importantly he is a very friendly and approachable doctor, even replies promptly on msgs if there is any concern, as with senior citizen parents that is most important which lacks with others. He explains everything very well and is easy to follow step by step. The way he speaks with so much warmth to senior citizens is extremely commendable.
