I am a state level cricketer. I was struggling with my fitness levels and hence I decided to take Nutritionist Aditi Prabhu’s opinion. After 2-3 months I saw some improvements in my fitness levels and in my game. As a vegetarian, I found it very hard to include the required protein sources to add in my diet but after meeting her my protein requirements were adequately met . I have diabetes since last 16 years ( under control due to diet and excercise) and I am a working woman. I put on weight during lockdown which I found difficult to control or lose.and my sugar went very high. I had to go on high dosage of medicines. I started checking out all solutions ( appearing on facebook) like possible but what I realised they were offering me packaged food to control sugar and at a high cost along with dietician service online. I was scared to eat food as sugar would rise and I was under stress. My husband advised me to check for a dietician in my vicinity. We checked on google and found Ms. Aditi Prabhu, dietician, I.C colony, Borivali west, mumbai, with excellent reviews and decided to approach her.
On our first meeting she discussed with me about all food I eat throughout the day. She then changed my diet ( which was what I eat but in different proportions), I felt good, sugar came down. I had to reduce my dosage of medicines, I felt I was eating to my satisfaction. Earlier I used to go for walks( 4 kms) everyday, cook and then go to work. She suggested workouts to be done at home and also nice teas and supplements to control my stress
I meet Aditi almost every month. She makes some changes to my diet. It is almost 4 months now. I have lost just 1.5 kg weight ( as I eat well) but I have a toned body, no muscle pains, I feel very energetic and stress free. Her charges are reasonable and no fad diets may be just a supplement or two.
Recently, my husband, with issues of triglycerides, acid reflux and muscle cramps, has approached her and she has suggested a diet that would work for both of us. Soon will let you know about his progress.

I met Aditi almost 1.5 months ago and since then my food habits have significantly changed.
I am eating good food, healthy food.
One of the best thing about Aditi is that she will formulate your diet plan as per your daily routine, food availability & accessibility and ease of preparation. She will prepare you a simple yet healthy plan for even the toughest routine. She will also instruct you on workout and type of exercise to do in order to achieve results.
Her diet is extremely easy to follow and won't take up much of your efforts. She focusses on maintenance of your overall health along with fulfilling the goal of weight loss.
Plan given by her has produced result for me within a week. It is simple and effective and I didn't had to starve or start a distasteful veggie program.
Another great thing about Aditi is that apart from F2F session, she also helps you through WhatsApp/ call. Just ask your tiniest query and she will swiftly respond.
With her sublime interpersonal skills, she will make you feel comfortable and your session will be more of a friendly conversation. There is no nervous/ embarrassing factor while meeting her. She will make sure that her patient is sufficiently comfortable before starting the session.
She will religiously study your history/ routine to devise the best diet plan for you.

I have been trying to lose weight my entire life. I have done everything- joined the gym, did aerobics, did yoga, went walking. I just kept piling on the kilos. I did several weight-loss programs too through the years, and I did lose some weight but it came back once the programs ceased, because it was hard to maintain the meal plans. I lost faith in these diets. And this is exactly why I love Aditi’s program because she doesn’t make it hard. She designs your diet around what you are already eating. She introduces new food that are easily available. I would have never gone for another diet program, if my son and daughter-in-law had not bought it for me. Let me give and unbiased review
I started my consultation in August 22 and now it 3 months, i lost 9 kg
Now it seems normal to lose such weight by following some other sophisticated diet, starving etc. For me personally , i have been trying to lose weight for so many years but i end up gaining double amount of weight lost, so you see why i am considering this weight loss prices priceless.

After going through the profiles of a lot of nutritionists in the vicinity, I decided to consult Aditi for weight management after reading all the positive reviews about her. In the very first visit I realised that this attempt will definitely yield success. I have tried several other nutrition programs before and what separates Aditi from the rest of them is:
1. She gives you a lot of time, hears you out patiently and explains the diet and exercise plan in great detail which builds conviction. She also handles any doubts or objections that you may have very convincingly.
2. She does not recommend any of the standard run of the mill practices, but gives you customised plans that are easy to follow.

I went to Aditi ma'am for an overall improvement of my health. She listened to me patiently and curated a diet plan for me. Her nutrition plan was so well customised that I didn't find it difficult to follow it. In just a couple of weeks, I lost all the extra weight I had gained. Thanks to her diet, I have far far less asthma attacks now. Before her diet, I was struggling with mood swings and was fed up of them. The diet has miraculously reduced my mood swings and made me far more calm. Another one of my weaknesses was restaurant food. I would just love to order food through an app and spend thousands of rupees on it each month.
