Since i’ve been diagnosed with depression, I went to 3 doctors before Dr Anupama. I found Dr Anupama to be a very warm and patient person so I was able to completely open up to her. For mental health, the most important factor is to have a doctor who listens intently, else the treatment is not going to work. Dr Anupama ensures she gives you full attention during your session despite her packed schedule, making it easier each time you take a session (the previous doctors were giving very little time and attention, and don’t keep a track of your progress closely the way Dr Anupama does).
Anyone who feels even a little overwhelmed in their life should take therapy from Dr Anupama and they will feel much lighter and positive.

Since second half of the year 2019, we are consulting Dr. Ashit Sheth and Dr.Anupama Kapur till February 2021. My daughter is the patient of schizophrenia since long time. We are from US. Read on internet about Vile parle office and the doctors associated with. Dr Kapur is very friendly and knowledgeable with psychiatry. Easy and convenient with the patient. Also explaining related matters of patient with the parents. My daughter is improving gradually but still needs attention and treatment. I recommend the doctor Anupama Kapur and the office.

Have been in therapy for more than 2 years now and working on my cognitive skills and emotions with her has become a part of my routine!! The best part was that she started giving me suggestions only after 6 months when she knew I would listen to her. 🙂
I can relate to everything she says. Anything that I am not very accepting of, when it comes from her is easier to comprehend and apply to my life. The other good thing that’s happened is that to deal with me as a patient my family approached her and was able to find solutions as well. (I’m sure it’s not easy dealing with a depression patient and everyone needs help) with her guidance things have simplified a lot!!
The best thing I have learnt so far, rather still learning is the art of letting go!!! I’m an amateur at it and have a long way to go. But knowing she’s there to guide me solves half my problem!
She’s become my go to person. Strangely I look forward to therapy. Not only to vent out the bad parts but also because it’s brings about the good in me and appreciate those good moments. Grateful for her each day and everyday!

I have been under the treatment of Bansari Ma'am for over 5 years now and it is in great measure thanks to her counselling, combined with the medicines recommended by her and monitored by Dr. Ashit Sheth that my Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression and Anxiety issues are largely under control today. She is very attentive while I speak, listens to me and gives my issues importance and time. She is understanding, and friendly. She approaches things in an unbiased manner, is highly professional and always offers constructive feedback and advice. I am very happy and under her counsel also optimistic for the future. I would highly recommend her to all requiring such counselling and treatment.
