I had started with GERD like symptoms back in 2017, though the treatment of gerd did help to treat acidity and bloating but I developed breathlessness and that didn't seem to subside. I have visited Dr Gaurav 7 to 8 times over last 2 years and he has been very supportive to listen to all my problems and did right medication for me and my problem was almost under good control.
