Trijog - Know Your Mind

I had an idea that I had anxiety and depression, but bipolar was definitely news to me. Dr. Kakul broke it to me very well, and helped me understand it’s manageable. At the same time, she did not give me any false hope and was quite candid with me.

My sessions with her have been very fruitful as she breaks down everything, lets me talk and vent, and also provides solutions that are practical and easy.

She also, time and again, mentions a balanced diet, a little exercise and some sun goes a long way!

I was totally clueless when I had my first panic attack and thought I was dying. Dr. Kakul shared sone grounding skills (in the form of PDFs as well), so the next time I had the attack, I didn’t let the discomfort overpower me so much.

I’d been to about 5-6 psychologists before her, but my sessions with her were the most comforting, comfortable, and fruitful.

It was an amazing experience. Was scared to come in first but after the session my thoughts changed over psychology

Niyati is extremely good at her job. She is a great listener and empathises with your problems. She provides valuable insights with humour and is always open to everything.

Nitika is a very patient and understanding therapist. She is **** ************* *** *** really helped me in my growth. I have gained in confidence and now can see situations clearly and take the right actions. She has helped learn how to be assertive which has helped me express myself better.

Nikita heard me out with a neutral mind and did not judge me through out my sessions. I follow her guidelines to keep my self sane even when the sessions are over. I could reach out to her with easy and comfort.

I came to Trijog 8 months back with my 6 yrs old son who was digonized with ADHD and Aspergers (an autism spectrum disorder)and hence he was having behavioral and anger issues along with very limited sitting tolerance,lack of attention and difficulties in socialization.After meeting doctor Anureet my son started his behavioral therapy with dr Isha and i am really very happy to say that many of his issues have started becoming better.In 8 months time we found his sitting tolerance improved,he started following rules,socializing with other kids and issues like anger and tantrums started becoming less.we now also started with his phonetics and remedial teaching from Trijog under dr Madhura and she is wonderful my son started taking interest in studies and doing really well now.

Thanks to Dr Anureet and the therapists of Trijog for showing immense support and for being their whenever i needed them.

I appreciate her approach towards my child's issues. Also her detailed feedback to me of exactly what and how the therapy session went and what I should do at home helps me understand how to conduct myself to ensure that the benefits are long lasting.
