It's sad that we had to wait for more than an hour after our schedule appointment. In today's busy life, who has that much time to just wait for 2 hrs post the appointment time. She doesn't value our time and quite insensitive towards this...

Unexpected behaviour

I had a terrible experience with the doctor *** ****** *** **** ******* *** **** ********** Most importantly hygiene at clinic and sterility of equipment used are below par. She didn’t have an assistant on the day of procedure and did everything alone. She did not explain the brand and type of bone graft and membrane put inside after tooth extraction. * ********* ** **** *********** **** *** ******** ** *** *** * **** ***** ******* *** *** ******* **** ** *** * ******* **** ********* I finally consulted a ****** *** **** *********** doctor *** ******** **** ********** ********* *** *** ******* ***** ** ******* *** **** ***** *** ********* I would not not recommend her for any procedure ****** ****** ***** ********

***** ** *** ***** First doctor who makes u sit, makes you open your mouth, starts the treatment, and quotes the price in the middle of the treatment. He puts you in a position where u cant even stop the treatment, nor can u negotiate. ******* ***** ** *** ****** ** *** ********* ** *** * ***** ******** dear doctor! Inspite of asking and informing about the required treatment few weeks ago, never did he mention that it would cost so much(which made me assume he wouldn’t charge so much for it since it was a continuation treatment of the braces i had). He obviously had to quote it right in the middle of the treatment when i was in no position to stop the treatment or discuss. Also not to forget i was travelling a long way to visit him. And then he says why don’t u have money. Wouldn’t carry all of my finances with me everywhere right? Would obviously carry the minimum amount (consultation amount and a little more) thats expected to carry. You are supposed to quote when the customer is in a postition to take the decision. He did the whole braces treatment for me * ***** *** ** ****** ** *** ***** * *** ** *** ********* *********** *** ** ****** ** ********** ******* ****** Who would expect, you spend such a huge amount on braces and that doctor would in the end say “its out of my league, you do it elsewhere” **** *** *** *** ** *** *** ************** That means all my money is down the drain *** ** *** ** **** ** *** *** ******** ** ** *** ******

Was there very recently for dental clean up. Very satisfied with the patient care and treatment received at Dr. S. Shah's clinic. Liked all-smile, friendly atmosphere at the clinic. Having visited dentists in Germany and Norway quite a few times, I can say that Dr. Shah is practically very experienced and is in extremely good touch with the dental clinical procedures. Was quite happy with the soft, observant and confident handling of my case by Dr. Shah. I very much recommend a visit to Dr. Shah.
