Replay Physiotherapy

Dr Tapan Ashar came highly recommended by a friend and I knew why when I finally managed to get an appointment with him. He and his team spent close to an hour taking a comprehensive history and asked me what my fitness goals were. Goals? With my back, neck, knee (and let me throw my foot in, while I am at it) issues? For now, I just don’t want to be in pain, I said. But since I had mentioned that I used to be a fitness enthusiast before my spine decided to go zig zag, he nudged me to start believing that not only will I get better, but I’ll also be able to get back to my fitness goals, as long as I put in the work and follow the exercise regimen that he will customize for me, once the basics are put in order.

I’ve only had two sessions so far but I have a feeling that I will get there. A big thank you to Dr Ashar and his equally efficient team for not just their technical expertise but also their holistic approach.

I met an accident ended up with left shoulder injury having acromian and scapula fracture on 4th August 2020, was not able to lift my left hand and very less movement in sides as well. Have visited Dr Krupa Doshi at Replay, SportsMed Activ clinic after a one and half months of the injury, and started my Physiotherapy under her every week and since then still continuing the physiotherapy. Now I am able to lift my left hand with 360° and able to lift few weight as well. It has dramatically improved and feeling so happy that Dr Krupa Doshi has certainly help me to avoid surgery which was initially predicted.

I hope under her supervision I will get completely recovered very soon.

i visited Replay in a bad condition of back and myofascial neck issue after not getting much benefit from several other physiotherapists or they making my condition worse. Dr Vaibhav's sessions was beneficial in treating several knots and reducing muscle/fascia stiffness. The basic exercise protocol helped me gained strength to be able to sit at work desk for long hours and even get back to driving. Nothing they did aggravated my pain which was the problem i faced with other physiotherapists. With every session i only get better.

** ******* ** * ********* ************* *********** I felt at ease as soon as I met with him, and I had been very nervous before hand to address a decades old injury. I’m still in treatment currently, however I feel better already. And more confident that I will be fine soon.
