Reflective Arena

Sneha helped me realise that I am my own safe space even when I can lead myself to absolute self destruction. I am healing, better with her help. I am better equipped to deal with emotional trauma since I started seeing her. She helps me understand the voice of reason. I sleep better now, I can deal with my depression better. She’s the absolute best.

What I love most about our sessions is that being from a similar she group, we have a close frame of reference for how we see the world, and they helps me feel better understood and more comfortable with sharing. But most importantly, is her ability to adapt to your specific needs. Everyone needs something different from therapy, and once you let her know that you want to change the routine or the usual process, she immediately incorporates it into all sessions, making you feel like you're in control of your own healing.

Mrs Snehajanki Ramesh is non directive and friendly in her approach.She was mindful while asking questions that were thought provoking and often followed it with an action plan.Would definitely recommend
