A couple of months ago, I started experiencing intense ear ache and I also noticed that it had affected my hearing ability. So, I booked an appointment via Pristyn care that very day. The doctor found out that there had erupted a hole in my eardrum and I needed to undergo surgery. I got the surgery done after 2 days of my consultation. It came to as a surprise that I got the surgery date so easily and my treatment went well. Although I did not like the diet I got in the hospital but still the overall experience in the hospital was nice.

The place is very clean and feels like a very high end clinic, yet the prices are very low. I was so surprised and happy to see that I wasn't even charged a follow up fee, which was so shocking. The way Dr. Shetty explains the issue and treatment method is so simplified. This is my lifetime doctor now for all ENT related issues.

Very happy with the doctor's advise, it matched with the advise given to me by a senior oncologist surgeon . Although he refused to give me any treatment or surgery, because of my condition and three major surgeries, he said it was not worth taking a risk with a another surgery. I would recommend the doctor to anyone who needs a frank advise.
