My surgical experience of gallstones in the hands of Dr. Rajiv Prakash Manek was way better than what I had expected. I was scared of visiting hospitals and undergoing any surgery since forever. I had shared it frankly the doctor and he explained the procedure to me told me that I need not worry about anything and promised me that I’d face zero difficulties in the surgery. Hearing it from the doctor made me relax. The care buddy from Pristyn care side was with me throughout and helped me. I am glad that I received this treatment at the hands of Dr. Rajiv Prakash Manek.

Doctor was very quick to diagnose the actual problem and explained to us in detail about the problem and necessity for the immediate surgery. It was a major fistula surgery but he explained in very simple way that gave confidence and strength before the surgery. My wife was very scared when she was first told about the surgery. It was her first time. Dr. Roji Philip counselled us about the surgery and his words gave us Strength and confidence. Half the tension was relived before the surgery itself because of the doctor. Post surgery follow up is very well done and doctor is always accessible. He listens to patients first and after completely hearing the problem, he provides detailed information and explains procedure & go forward steps very patiently so that even a layman with out medical knowledge can understand and feel comfortable and be at ease.
