I didn't even know what therapy is before i had an anxiety attack in my office a while ago. I was taking too mush stress and was not able to find relief for my frustration. my therapist provided real-life solutions to tackle the stress and anxiety i had. for that i will always be thankful

what a place mindsight clinic is! I went there for family therapy. i had some conflicts with my parents regarding my work and my love life. Dr. Jaini is really an expert in what she does there. she had individual sessions with me, my dad and mom and group sessions too now my parents have become more supportive than ever and thank my therapist for it

she heard me and understood my concerns .. i first came for my problems but then realised that marriage counseliing was something that would help m,e.. so i got my husband here and then we both only took 2 sessions, and she was super cooperative, we would embarrasingly fight and it was ;lovwely how she calmed us. i strojngly recommend her, she has done a great job saving my marriage

Changing my job three time in a year drove me trouble. idon't know when i stopped feeling joy in my life and starded having suicidal thoughts. i really needed help. i visited mindsight to get therapy to improve my mental health. the therapist there knew what i needed to slove my problem and gave me effective guidance. mindsight career counselor does not only go into the depth of the problem but also guides you to become your better self so you can solve your problem on your own

Not so long ago, my family was going through a rough path. Me and my wife were having disputes in even small things, my 13 year old kid was showing poor results in studies. We were having a bad time as a family. My wife's friend advised her to go for a family therapy. She convinced me to go for it, we went to Mindsight clinic and after a couple of sessions everything started to get better.

This is Sonam Rai. I met this doctor for counselling purpose. It was a wonderful interpersonal discussion between us and she is able to make me understand the reason for my actual problems and what is the best solution to overcome those problems. I am completely satisfied with her counselling session and I would love to visit again for further treatment.

Overall very good experience with the doctor. She was very friendly in nature. Initially I was little nervous if I can share all my problems with her clearly or not but when everything went very well in this session and we just just gone with the flow and my all the questions are very well answered by the doctor. Getting enrolled in couples therapy at mindsight saved our relationship when i lost control over my thought and stopped trusting my partner. our therapist helped me realize that my fears are groundless. i did not know the power of therapy before this incident.

she is so cute and pretty, i was reluctant at first, and then shes just like my daughter now, obviously professional .. shes helped me a long long way and im so happy and im grateful that i met her .. shes helped me achieve things ive not been able to since 60 years of my life. and im super happy
