I had a severe shoulder pain for over a year. Used to be a bit better on taking high dose of Pain Killers. A time came when I could not wear my T Shirt myself and needed help in shower. Driving and eating were difficult tasks. I had shown a few Orthopedic surgeons, and got X-Ray and MRI done. Was asked to take Physiotherapy and Diathermy.

I had tried a fee Physios. But the timings did not work.

I was advised Shoulder Arthroscopic repair of some ligament called as Rotator Cuff.

A friend, whose son was on Physiotherapy under Dr Pooja , had strongly recommended her to me.

I met her and was worried, that this young little girl may break my shoulder.

But we started slowly first and increasing the duration and exercise. It was painful to start with. But slowly my shoulder started moving and she made me do Bawling at my age of 62 years, on day 20. A bit painful but it improved. I was off painkillers. Was taking only Ice Pack.

It is noe two months since I have stopped seeing her, but still pain free, and full movements. Hurts a bit when I drive for 8 hours one day.

She has given me some Rubber straps and Wrist Weights and I keep doing the excersice on my own.

My very best wishes to her in her life and practice, she is a very good person.

However, I hope I do not need to see her again!!!! YB

One of the excellent and highly cooperative doctor I ever crossed by . I met severe and very rare case accident of talus bone in which my bone was communited into piece . After my surgery in Dec 2015 I was suggested by my orthro to start with physio to gain strength and movement .

Dr. Swapnil has done the best and more than just his profession . Not only he helped me to recover but also gave me the best in suggestions to maintain my calf muscles and health . I m really grateful to his high level cooperation and understanding of my need . I have started walking at good level whithin short period of time due to which my healing time has been reduced than the normal expectations .

Thanx a lot doctor to give me the best friendly service . In my healing period Dr. Mate has done the Alevel progress . Worth spending coz health is wealth and Dr. Mate has saved my time of life which could have been just spent over healing period .

Now I m back to work and confident enough to live my life as it was before my accident .

His personalised attention towards me helped me to carry out of my posture while sitting and doing work is helping me coming g out of pain . I'm undergoing with dry needling session advices by him for 10 sitting , out of which 3 are done and I could see the result in me

He is Great, I had visited Cooper Hospital in Juhu and orthopaedic referred Dr Swapnil Mate for the physiotherapy, this is my ongoing 4 session and i could see marked difference in my movement, even the tingling i was getting is not der. also the stiffness according to him in my back muscle is much relieved, i will always be grateful to him to alleviate my pain, i surelt recommened him as he is genuine and being worked with so many stars, he is humble in his approach and towards all his patient i think, thank u very much doc.
