My experience with Doctor Neha has been delightful! She is a patient listener and she beautifully empowers one to see situations from different perspectives.

She is warm, kind and has an illuminating smile that offers comfort the moment you walk in to see her.

She knows to be a doctor and a confidant, all at once!

She has helped me to see situations in the light of my bravery and not question myself.

She taught me to test my thoughts and challenge them, rather than believe that every thing I think is true or right.

She empowered me to continue to check on myself, keep testing my thoughts even after therapy and I love the sessions with myself!

She encouraged me to validate my emotions as they are and not be intelligent and rationalise them. :D

She made me see that we are all a work in progress and so long as we are putting in the effort to heal, to forgive and to take care of ourselves, there isn’t a thing to worry!

I had saved her profile on Practo way before I called the Harmony clinic for an appointment. I’m glad to have been her student, and I say that because I truly believe therapy is a valuable life learning!

Cool, friendly man! He gave a different approach to my issues. A few words and clarifications of his really enlightened me about what's actually wrong. He kinda showed me the mirror(I have had a bad experience with another impatient, judgemental & rude psychiatrist before. He was putting me under medication which wasn't required) Self analysis and control of my own mind from falling prey to stress is what I was seeking for. My search seems to end here. I have been here for just one session. He gave an awesomely patient hearing. He wasn't bothered about how much time I took. He analyzed very tiny details and guided me accordingly. One should feel good and positive after meeting his/her Shrink. He's that kinda Shrink! He has given me a few therapies/mind exercises. I've been trying those. They have worked till now. Let's wait and watch!

Dr Armaan is queer affirmative, accepting of what you share with him and understands me in a non judgemental way. I look forward to my weekly sessions with him.
