as I think you treat every person as an  VALUED individual and certainly not as a customer.

Everyone was patient and kind to me and YOU DOC POOJA was exceptionally GOD' SENT to heal me from my PAIN

Several times I have been in tears ,   due to inability to properly functioning  , as I had undergone two surgeries. It's remarkable how PAIN can affect one psychologically . Inspite of it all  DOC POOJA Never ever lost her cool. ,.was always MOTIVATING ME and pushing  me out of my COMFORT ZONE .

JUST TRUST HER BLINDLY . SHE IS COMPASSIONATE ,and EMPATHETIC and my GO TO DOC for physiotheraphy.

I want to even thank the staff who went an extra mile to make me feel comfortable.

I am so GREATFUL  ,DOC POOJA to you that you have given me the confidence to stand up and WALK 🚶‍♀️ on my two feet without PAIN esp performing those REFORMERS PILATES . It has been a MIRACLE on my journey for KNEE REHABILITATION and must say AQUATHERAPHY has done me GOOD 👍 TOO.

Dr Pooja was terrific. I was taking pain killers for the past 10 days, without any relief, for a muscle inflammation that happened whilst working out in the gym. She explained everything to me patiently in a very clear manner and took me off medication.

One session in her fully equipped physiotherapy centre and i was already feeling cured.

It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such knowledge, personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

If you want a masterclass in watching, do not look beyond.

I approached Dr Pooja for helping me in post ACL reconstruction rehabilitation. She provided the modern techniques in form of Pilates and Aqua physio. Though i have been in active fitness for 15 years, the exercises she made me do on reformers, mat and in pool were quite novel. It made my recovery speedy and fun. I feel better strength in injured leg and core along with better posture & body balance. It has given me confidence to resume my workouts and sports. Dr Pooja is very friendly, listens to our problems with patience and provides modern solutions for them.

I visited Dr.Pooja 3 months into my knee ligament and meniscus injury. I was taking medicines for months and rest as recommended by my orthopedist but my pain was not getting relieved. Then I found Dr.Pooja and visited her for strengthening. She was very quick to identify my issue, explain it to me in detail and also suggest why I was not getting better. She immediately suggested course correction and within 5-7 sittings, I was feeling 50% better. Within 1 month of taking treatment from her, my pain got 90% better. Dr.Pooja is extremely experienced and the best at her job. Highly recommended.
