I was a little unsure about how it would work out virtually but she assured me of prompt, timely communication and a team effort in achieving my goals. The doctor diet plan of weight loss program for me was fantastic. It really help me to achieve my goal. I was over weighted . And was looking ugly with my belly fats I was not aware of whom to consult and all. I was doing everything 4 to 5 time a week a workout and that to intense workout. I used to run 10 km a day for 3 time a week then hitting the gym for other 2 days. But still I was not able to reduce my weight.
