I found the entire establishment like a well oiled machine. Right from the greeting on arrival to filling the questionnaires and being made comfortable in the Reception.
The ambience in the Reception is not intimidating but is soothing. Bit of soft background music would help.
The flow of patients speaks for itself. The time management is sharp and not much waiting is involved.
Dr. Shenai was crisp, business-like and proficient. Her explanation of the ailment, it’s causes, treatment and consequences was reassuringly explained in understandable terms. I left with a feeling of having been been attended to.

It was my first visit to Dr Priti. What I liked most about her was that she gave me a lot of time , unlike most dermatologists. And she asked me various questions about my health/body and past history. She also explained the reasons behind my skin problems and didn’t give me too many medicines which I appreciated!

Visited the doctor a dozen plus times for hair and skin, essentially hair due to massive hair loss.
