Mithila is truly empathetic as a psychologist. She listens to your problems and provides actionable insights. My relationship was on the verge of breaking, due to my infidelity, when we met her. After my partner and I met her, we were able to address our issues, and today we are married.
Mithila provides a broad perspective and helps you find answers yourself- which is what one expects from a good psychologist. Do not expect to be told what the solution is, unlike a allopathy practitioner or a psychiatrist who will prescribe you medicines. You need to be honest and share your issues; the more you open up, better are the chances that she will be able to provide counselling support and help you find solutions to your issues.

My parents experience with Dr. Mithila has been tragic. They were very clearly rushed (45 mins total consult time), they didn’t feel heard and moreover they also have been put off by therapy as a result of their experience with her which is a very sad state of affairs.
Before posting this review I communicated with Dr. Mithila to voice my concerns and she deflected to the fact that that she undercharged for the session and that the receptionist timings record my parents visiting for 1hr. This of course does not take into consideration actual consulting time but rather time that they spent in and out of the office. 45 mins consulting time for a couple having their first session is low by any standard.
Based on these facts and the overall experience I would not recommend her services to anyone.

Dr. Mithila helped me to cure ocd. It is very important to understand that ocd is curable. She taught me different strategies which helped me cure ocd completely. The main thing is to keep trying new strategies. She gave me lot of confidence. Don’t try to suppress ocd thoughts. Also you should not fight with them. Soon they will start leave you alone. It is possible to overcome ocd. I recommend Mithila Ma’am to everyone who is suffering from OCD and the great thing @ her is she is always available whenever you really need her .Thanks a lot Ma’am for your support and help to cure my OCD.
