Hoped for better: Wait time
I took an appointment for 5pm. when I went there I was told doc is only coming at 6:30pm and that too a different doc. on asking why they accepted the appointment timing, I was told that they were going to call me at 5 pm to tell me about the change. so it was a misuse of time, energy and when you are sick, it bites even more as one tired and low on energy. practo should also coordinate better on these fronts.

I had fever and cough ‘doctor advised me tests and I came out to be COVID positive

Dr. Dhrumil monitored my 90 year old Grand Father with COVID virtually. He kept a close watch on his reports and regular readings and kept adjusting his medications regularly. He also kept giving the family reassurances in order to manage panic and stress for us care givers. Thanks to him, I now have 90 year old COVID recovered Dadu who’s feeling absolutely fine.
