My husband was suffering from piles since quite some time. At times it was unbearable and he had sleepless nights. We consulted two different doctors from well known hospitals in Mumbai. They suggested immediate admission to be operated. Not only did they scare us but were also too expensive. One doctor even mentioned of getting admitted in the hospital for 4 days including operation and recovery.
We thought of consulting one last time with some specialist and it was then we read a lot of good reviews for Dr. Sambit Patnaik.
He made us feel really comfortable and did not scare us like others. We were actually relaxed after he gave us an in-depth explanation about the case. We were truly impressed by his expertise on the subject.
We were shocked when he told us it would hardly take around 30 mins for the operation using latest equipment’s and techniques and that my husband could walk home without being admitted for even a single day.
We took an appointment for the operation. It did not take more than 40 mins for to complete the entire procedure. I could hear my husband and Dr. Sambit talk to each other about their hobbies during the entire duration of the operation.
When my husband came out of the OT, I could see a smile on his face as if nothing has happened. It was just few medicine’s and precautions for the next few days. My husband got operated on Saturday and could go to work from Monday.
It’s been months now since the operation and till date he never faced any pain like before.
P.S. I was truly impressed with the facility, caring staff and friendly can-do attitude and smiles. I would highly recommend Dr. Sambit Patnaik to anyone suffering from Piles, hemorrhoidal diseases/ fissures/ fistula.
