One area of improvement (actually more of a suggestion): I see that the doctor's clinic responds to negative feedback / criticism, which is great. I would also love to see the doctor acknowledge/respond-to positive feedback too. It'll help strengthen the doctor-patient relationship. :)

My first visit to Dr. Reshma was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Reshma took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which I have never had a before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed. My root canal procedure has left me very happy. Dr. Reshma is a specialist in her field. My treatment was rather complicated, but Dr. Reshma handled it with ease and I experienced no pain. The finest aspect was that she would patiently explain the technique to me at each session. I would strongly suggest 32 Pearls Clinic to anyone in need of dental care. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
