Had very bad experience this time. I was in bad condition so visited her . The appointment was scheduled at 11:30 am , before leaving for hospital I called at reception and Receptionist told that she is available when I reached there Dr. was available , I kept on waiting till 13:20 later I was told that she has already left . my concern is that if she wasn't free then the receptionist should have told me the time when i called before leaving for hospital . kindly value for other's timing .Totally unsatisfied.

Minimum half hour waiting time even after appointment time. If they have no treatment for your problem still they will charge full fee as its their right to charge patients lump sum without any treatment provided.
