How it works
Threpro 10/75/5 mg Capsule is a combination of Atorvastatin, Ramipril, and Aspirin. Atorvastatin works by blocking the fat-making enzymes in your body which helps in lowering the cholesterol level. It also helps to reduce the levels of bad cholesterol (also known as low-density lipoproteins or LDL), triglycerides (TG), and increase the levels of good cholesterol (also known as high-density lipoproteins or HDL). Aspirin acts as a blood thinner and prevents the formation of blood clots in your blood vessels. Ramipril helps in lowering your increased blood pressure by decreasing the formation of angiotensin II (a substance that tightens blood vessels). Thus, it relaxes your blood vessels and promotes easy blood flow. The combination of Atorvastatin, Aspirin and Ramipril helps in reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
