Tbis 0.1% Cream is a topical agent used for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, which is an inflammation of the skin characterized by itching, rash, and redness of the skin. This medicine should only be used in patients who cannot use or have not shown adequate response to other medications used to treat this condition.

General warnings

External use only

This medicine is recommended for external use only. It should not be applied to open skin wounds or injuries. Do not cover the application area with bandages or other coverings unless specifically instructed by the doctor. Contact your doctor if symptoms do not improve or resolve even after 6 weeks of use.

Skin barrier defects

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with Netherton's syndrome, cutaneous graft vs host disease, lamellar ichthyosis, etc. due to the risk of increased systemic absorption of this medicine.

Lymphoma and skin cancer

This medicine should be used with caution because there is a potential risk of developing lymphoma and skin cancer. Doctors should inform patients about these risks and advise the patient to prevent exposure of the skin to the sunlight by wearing protective clothing. Use with extreme caution in patients with malignant skin conditions due to the increased risk of adverse effects. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.

Missed Dose

Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not apply a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

Overdose

An overdose of this medicine is not likely to cause severe symptoms unless it is applied for a prolonged period of time in large volumes. However, the ingestion of this medicine may cause harm and immediate medical intervention may be required.
