Serobid Rotacaps is an oral inhalation medicine that is used in the treatment or prevention of bronchospasm (narrowing of the airways) associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (blockage of airflow to your lungs). It works by relaxing and widening the blocked air passages of your lungs. Thus it improves the airflow to your lungs and makes breathing easier. Serobid Rotacaps may cause side effects like headache, cough, difficulty in breathing, nasal congestion, tightness in the chest, etc. These side effects usually subside with time. However, consult your doctor for further assistance if they persist or worsen. Serobid Rotacaps is for inhalation use only. It should be taken as instructed by your doctor. The dose and frequency of inhalation will be decided by your doctor depending on your clinical condition. Take it every day at the same time for better results. Serobid Rotacaps is not recommended if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems before taking this medicine. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking the medicine. It is not recommended for use in children less than four years of age
