Roliten 1 Tablet is used for the treatment of an overactive bladder, a condition characterized by symptoms such as a frequent feeling of a need to urinate, sudden urge to urinate, inability to control urination, leaking of urine, etc. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age.

Allergy

Urinary retention

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from urinary retention, a condition where the patient is unable to empty the bladder, due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Narrow angle glaucoma

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Gastric retention

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from gastric retention due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Severe liver impairment

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from severe liver function impairment due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.

Breast-feeding

General warnings

Use in children

Angioedema and anaphylactic reactions
