Description

Reboxetine is an anti-depressant used for the acute treatment of depressive illness or major depression, including relapse of symptoms. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with a known history of epilepsy or convulsions due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Liver impairment

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with liver function impairment due to the increased risk of adverse effects. Close monitoring of liver function, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.

Suicidal thoughts

Use of this medicine may cause suicidal thoughts and change the behavior of some patients. This risk is especially high in patients below the age of 25 years. Replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary in some cases based on the clinical condition.

Drowsiness

This medicine may cause drowsiness in some patients. It is advised that you do not perform any activities that require high mental alertness like driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you feel drowsy during treatment with this medicine.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.
