RanCV 500 mg Tablet ER is a medicine used for the treatment of chronic angina (a type of chest pain, often described as squeezing, pressure, heaviness, or tightness in the chest caused due to reduced blood flow to the heart). This medicine works by improving the blood flow to the heart and relieving the symptoms of angina.
