Description
Rabela D Capsule is a combination medicine which may be used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients who are not responding adequately to monotherapy. It may also be used to treat gastric acid-related disorders. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with moderate-to-severe liver function impairment.

Allergy

Clostridium difficile-associated Diarrhea

Lupus

Use of this medicine may be associated with lupus (systemic and cutaneous). Signs and symptoms like extreme tiredness, painful joints, rashes and lesions on the skin after consuming this medicine should be reported immediately to the doctor and usage should be discontinued. Bone Fractures

How it works
Domperidone works by blocking certain chemicals in the brain and the intestines. This causes improved movements and faster gastric emptying which helps in the prevention of vomiting. Rabeprazole works by interfering with the final step of acid release in the stomach. Thus, acidity in the stomach is decreased and ulcer healing process is fastened.
