Description
Predmet 4 MG Tablet is a corticosteroid medicine. It is used to treat various conditions such as arthritis, asthma, allergic conditions, certain types of cancer, skin, eye, thyroid, or intestinal problems, etc. Predmet 4 MG Tablet works by blocking the action of chemical substances that are responsible for pain and swelling and altering your body's immune response. Predmet 4 MG Tablet may cause some side effects like headache, vomiting, upset stomach, anxiety, sleeplessness, etc. Consult your doctor if they persist or become severe. Avoid activities that require high mental alertness like driving vehicles and operating machines as it may cause dizziness. This medicine can reduce your immune response and increase the risk of infection. Predmet 4 MG Tablet should be taken with food to avoid stomach irritation. Your doctor may suggest tests to monitor your liver/kidney functioning while on treatment with this medicine.

Mental health conditions

Predmet 4 MG Tablet should be used with caution as it may cause disturbances to your mental health like changes in mood, depression, and suicidal thoughts. These symptoms may be noticed in the first few weeks of treatment. Consult your doctor immediately if you observe any changes in your behaviour and mood.

Myasthenia gravis

Myasthenia gravis is a condition that causes muscle weakness and fatigue. Predmet 4 MG Tablet should be used with caution if you have myasthenia gravis as it may increase the risk of muscle weakness if used in high doses or during the first few days of treatment.

Eye conditions

Driving or operating machines

Predmet 4 MG Tablet may cause dizziness in some cases. If you feel dizzy while taking this medicine, avoid driving vehicles or operating heavy machines.

Use in children

Avoid prolonged use of high doses of Predmet 4 MG Tablet in infants and children below 12 years as it may lead to increased fluid pressure inside the skull and on the brain tissue. It may also cause growth retardation (impaired growth and development) or pancreatitis (swelling of the organ in the lower part of the stomach called pancreas). Hence, your child's doctor may limit the treatment to the lowest possible dose for the shortest period necessary.

Use in the elderly

Predmet 4 MG Tablet should be used with caution in the elderly due to the increased risk of side effects such as altered blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, low potassium levels in the blood, high blood pressure, weak and brittle bones, etc.

Missed Dose
