This medicine should be used with caution in patients with medical conditions such as kidney diseases, heart diseases, or high blood pressure due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. It is advised that you report all your medical conditions to the doctor before beginning treatment with this medicine.
Sports
Athletes are advised not to indulge in certain sports while using this medicine. Archery, racing, shooting and other high-risk sports should be avoided. Sportspersons should refer to the list of medicines published by World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) which are not to be taken while participating in specific sports events.
Use in pediatrics
Patients below 18 years of age should use this medicine only under the supervision of a doctor.
Missed Dose
This medicine is usually taken on an as-needed basis. If you are on a scheduled dosing regimen, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.

Take this medicine as directed on the label or as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day while you are taking this medicine. Start taking this medicine 5 or 6 days before you expect your menstrual period to start for better results. You can stop the use of this medicine once the desired effect is obtained or at the end of your menstrual period. Seek emergency medical treatment in case of any severe side effects. Patients under 18 years of age should use this medicine only as directed by a doctor. Discontinue therapy and consult a doctor if the symptoms do not improve/last for more than 10 consecutive days.
