Pamabrom is a mild diuretic used to treat puffiness, bloating, feeling of fullness, and other signs of temporary water weight gain related to premenstrual and menstrual periods.

Sports

Athletes are advised not to indulge in certain sports while using this medicine. Archery, racing, shooting and other high-risk sports should be avoided. Missed Dose

Take this medicine as directed on the label or as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day while you are taking this medicine. Start taking this medicine 5 or 6 days before you expect your menstrual period to start for better results. You can stop the use of this medicine once the desired effect is obtained or at the end of your menstrual period. Seek emergency medical treatment in case of any severe side effects. Patients under 18 years of age should use this medicine only as directed by a doctor. Discontinue therapy and consult a doctor if the symptoms do not improve/last for more than 10 consecutive days.
