Description
Olopat OD Eye Drops is an anti-allergic medicine that contains Olopatadine. It is used to treat seasonal allergic conjunctivitis caused by dust pollens, insects, animal hair, and other allergens. It helps in reducing symptoms like redness, itching, and burning or watery eyes, etc. Olopat OD Eye Drops works by stopping the release of a chemical substance (histamine) that cause allergic symptoms. Olopat OD Eye Drops shows some common side effects that include eye irritation, blurred vision, dry eye, headache, eye pain, eye discomfort, etc. These side effects will subside on their own. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a long time. Avoid using Olopat OD Eye Drops in children below three years of age. Olopat OD Eye Drops should be used as prescribed by your doctor. For usage- You should wash your hands properly before administering Olopat OD Eye Drops. Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket. Hold the dropper close to the eye with the tip facing downwards and squeeze the dropper. Close your eyes for two to three minutes and repeat the same for the next dose. Olopat OD Eye Drops may cause blurred vision after administration. Therefore, avoid driving vehicles or operating heavy machines. Always make sure not to touch the dropper tip with fingers to avoid bacterial contamination. Contact your doctor if the infection does not reduce in two weeks.

Olopat OD Eye Drops is for ophthalmic use only. Administer it as directed by your doctor. Wash and dry your hands before administration. Use Olopat OD Eye Drops at around the same time daily for the ease of remembering. Ensure that the treatment course is completed. Use this medicine within 4 weeks after opening it.
