Nutriright D3 400 IU Drops acts as a supplement for infants and children suffering from vitamin D3 deficiency. It helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphates from your child's bowel, which keeps their bones and teeth healthy. It is given to those having a deficiency of this vitamin due to familial (occurring in the family) or environmental reasons. Nutriright D3 400 IU Drops can rarely cause side effects like constipation, nausea, vomiting etc. Consult your child's doctor if these side effects are observed for a long time. Nutriright D3 400 IU Drops can be given with or without food, as instructed by your doctor. For the ease of remembering, try giving it at the same time every day. The dose will be dependant on the severity of your child's condition. Do not stop giving this medicine without consulting with the doctor.
