Description
Lumenac 600 mg Capsule contains Acetylcysteine that is used in thinning the mucus in respiratory problems. This includes bronchitis (swelling of the airway tube with mucus secretion), asthma (narrowing and swelling of the airways with excessive mucus secretion) and emphysema (damage of the air sacs in the lungs). Lumenac 600 mg Capsule show some common side effects like nausea, vomiting and stomach upset. However, these side effects are temporary and subside with time. Seek a doctor's consultation if any of these side effects do not resolve or worsen. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Lumenac 600 mg Capsule can be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor based on the severity of your condition. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Take it every day at the same time for the ease of remembering and for better results. Lumenac 600 mg Capsule is not recommended for use in children less than 14 years of age as the safety and efficacy data for use are not available. Gastric ulceration
