How it works
Lansoprazole works by interfering with the final step of acid release in the stomach. This helps in reducing the acidity in the stomach. Domperidone works by blocking chemicals in the brain and the intestine. This causes improved movements and faster gastric emptying which helps in the prevention of vomiting. Thus, this combination is better effective for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
