Description
Ibusoft 300 mg Tablet is used to relieve pain in the conditions like Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is also used to treat mild to moderate fever and pain. Do not take this medicine if you have any bleeding disorder, asthma or have a known allergy.

Warnings for special population

Pregnancy

This medicine is not recommended for pregnant women.

Breast-feeding

This medicine is known to be excreted through breast milk in small amounts. It is recommended in breastfeeding women only if necessary.
General warnings

Gastro-intestinal bleeding

This medicine may cause severe bleeding when taken for a long time. Elderly population with the history of the gastrointestinal disease are at higher risk. Any symptoms of blood in stools and vomiting should be informed to the doctor.

Heart surgery

This medicine is not recommended in patients with recent heart surgery.

Asthma

This medicine is not recommended in patients with asthma or having known allergy to aspirin.

Impaired kidney function

This medicine is known to cause kidney injury. Close monitoring of kidney function is necessary. The dose should be adjusted based on the CrCl.

Impaired liver function

This medicine is known to cause liver injury. The baseline of liver enzymes should be obtained before starting the treatment. Inform the doctor if any signs of the increase in the liver enzymes appear.

Missed Dose

The missed dose can be taken as soon as you remember. However, the missed dose should be skipped if it is almost time for the next dose.

Overdose

Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of overdose.

Description

Fluid Retention and edema

Ibusoft 300 mg Tablet should be taken only after consulting a doctor. Monitoring of blood pressure and heart conditions is necessary on a regular level during the course of therapy.

Skin rash

Ibusoft 300 mg Tablet can cause these fatal skin allergies without any warnings. Signs and symptoms like rashes, hives, fever or other allergic symptoms should be reported without any delay. This condition requires immediate medical intervention.
