Description
Herpex 800 MG Tablet is an antiviral medicine. It is used in the treatment of viral infections such as genital herpes (an infection that causes sores around the genitals and rectum area), shingles (painful rashes that can occur due to the reactivation of the chickenpox virus in the body), and chickenpox (a highly contagious viral infection that causes blisters and itchy rash on the skin). Herpex 800 MG Tablet works by preventing the multiplication of the viruses. Thus, it decreases the severity of the infection and reduces the symptoms. Herpex 800 MG Tablet may cause common side effects such as dizziness, headache, diarrhoea, stomach pain, indigestion, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or become severe. Herpex 800 MG Tablet can be taken with or without food as advised by your doctor. Take it at the same time every day for the ease of remembering. Do not skip doses or discontinue the treatment without consulting your doctor, as it may worsen your condition. Herpex 800 MG Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or any other health conditions. Also, inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines to avoid undesired effects.
