Description
Gelvel A Syrup is a combination of Magaldrate, Simethicone, and Oxetacaine. It is used to relieve symptoms such as heartburn, acidity, indigestion, upset stomach, stomach discomfort, etc. Gelvel A Syrup works by neutralizing excess acid in the stomach. It also helps to break up the gas bubbles in the stomach so that they can be burped or passed down from the body. Gelvel A Syrup can cause side effects like constipation, bad taste in the mouth, nausea, vomiting, skin rash etc. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Avoid driving vehicles and/or operating machines if you feel dizzy after taking this medicine. Gelvel A Syrup is usually taken after a meal for better absorption of the medicine. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on your condition. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor, as your symptoms may reoccur or worsen.
