Fenza 600 mg Vaginal Capsule is an anti-fungal agent which is used to treat fungal infections of the vagina (vulvovaginal candidiasis). This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.

General warnings

Contraceptive Use

Fenza 600 mg Vaginal Capsule may render the spermicidal creams ineffective. Hence, spermicidal creams may not be an effective form of contraception during treatment with this medicine. This medicine may damage the latex of condoms and diaphragms; hence these types of contraception are also not effective during treatment with Fenza 600 mg Vaginal Capsule. Hence, alternative methods of contraception or abstinence from sexual intercourse are recommended.

Allergy

If you use this medicine for a prolonged period of time, you may develop an allergy to it. It is important to follow all instructions given by your doctor and only use this medicine for the prescribed duration of time.

Overdose

The possibility of an overdose with this medicine is very low. In case of accidental swallowing, immediately contact your doctor for further instructions.

Missed Dose

Use/Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.
