Execare-F Cream is a combination medicine used for the symptomatic relief of symptoms such as swelling, redness, pain, itching, rashes, purulent discharge from the infected site, etc. associated with acute and chronic infected eczematous dermatitis caused by bacteria. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age.

How it works
Halometasone works by decreasing the release of certain chemical substances that are responsible for causing swelling, redness, pain, irritation, etc. Fusidic acid is an antibiotic which blocks protein synthesis in bacteria; this helps in stopping the growth of the bacteria.
