Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet may cause tremors (involuntary muscle contraction leading to shaking movement), restlessness, anxiety, confusion, seizures (sudden, uncontrolled brain activity causing fits), etc. Hence, Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet should be used with caution if you have seizures or other central nervous system abnormalities (conditions related to the brain and spinal cord).
Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet can kill the helpful bacteria in your stomach or intestine and cause diarrhoea. Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet should be used with extreme caution if you have any stomach and intestinal problems, particularly colitis (swelling of the inner lining of the large intestine) as it may worsen your health condition.
QT prolongation is a condition in which your heart muscles take a longer time to recharge between a heartbeat. Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet should be used with caution if you have heart problems as this medicine may cause QT prolongation.
Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet is filtered by the kidneys and excreted through urine. A damaged kidney can lead to its accumulation and toxicity. Hence, Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet should be used with caution if you have kidney problems as it can increase the risk of kidney damage.
Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet may increase liver enzyme levels. Hence, this medicine should be used with caution if you have liver problems as it can increase the risk of liver damage.

Lab interactions
The Coombs test is performed to find certain proteins that attack red blood cells. The presence of these proteins indicates a condition known as haemolytic anaemia (a condition that occurs due to the abnormal breakdown of red blood cells). Doxcef-O (200/200 mg) Tablet may give a false-positive result when the coombs test is performed.
