Description
Baclof 25 MG Tablet is a muscle relaxant medicine. It is used for the treatment of spasticity (a condition where the muscles contract continuously, causing them to stiffen or tighten) due to various conditions affecting the brain and spinal cord, such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury/diseases, etc. This medicine works by inhibiting the release of certain chemicals in the brain and spinal cord, which helps to relieve pain and improve muscle movement. Baclof 25 MG Tablet can cause side effects like headache, constipation, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, frequent urination, tiredness, etc. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. This medicine may cause dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision. Hence avoid performing activities that require mental alertness, like driving vehicles or operating machines, if you experience such symptoms after taking this medicine. Baclof 25 MG Tablet may be taken with food to avoid stomach irritation. Take it at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your body. Gastrointestinal disorders

Baclof 25 MG Tablet should be used with caution if you have stomach and intestinal problems like any obstruction in your digestive tract or gastric ulcers (sores in the lining of the stomach and intestine) as it may worsen your condition.

Driving or operating machines

Baclof 25 MG Tablet may cause blurred vision, dizziness, sleepiness, tiredness, and weakness. Hence avoid performing activities that require mental alertness, such as driving or operating machines, if you experience such symptoms after taking this medicine.

Use in children

Baclof 25 MG Tablet is not recommended for use in children less than 12 years of age as the safety and efficacy data are not clinically established.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose of Baclof 25 MG Tablet as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.
