Anaphylaxis

Noninvasive fungal infections
This medicine is not recommended to treat noninvasive fungal infections in patients with normal neutrophil counts.
Renal disease
This medicine should be used with caution in patients with a history of renal diseases due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. Appropriate dose adjustments should be considered based on the clinical condition.
Infusion reactions
This medicine may cause infusion reactions such as a headache, fever, chills, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, breathing problems, or dizziness with the first few doses. These reactions usually diminish with subsequent doses.
Rapid intravenous infusion
Rapid intravenous infusion of this medicine should be avoided due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects such as hypotension, hypokalemia, arrhythmias, and shock.
