Mononucleosis
moderateMononucleosis is a viral infection that may result in a sore throat, fever, fatigue, rash, etc. Amoxyclav 625 Tablet is not recommended if you have been infected with mononucleosis as you may develop a maculopapular skin rash (flat and small raised bumps on the skin) 5-10 days after starting treatment with this medicine. The rash resolves within days of discontinuing this medicine.
Kidney Disease
moderateAmoxyclav 625 Tablet should be used with caution if you have pre-existing kidney problems due to the increased risk of side effects. Periodic monitoring of your kidney function is recommended. You may require dose adjustments based on your clinical condition.
Colitis
moderateAmoxyclav 625 Tablet can kill the helpful bacteria in your stomach or intestine and leads to diarrhoea. Therefore, use this medicine with extreme caution if you have colitis (swelling of inner lining of your colon).
