How it works
Levosalbutamol works by relaxing and opening the blocked air passages leading to the lungs. It improves the amount of air flow to the lungs and makes breathing easier. Ambroxol promotes mucus clearance and eases a productive cough. Guaifenesin reduces the thickness of mucus in the air passages; this makes it easier to cough up the mucus and clear the airways. Thus, this combination is better effective in treating symptoms of bronchitis, COPD, etc.
