I'm really not sure about the doctor, because his assistant was doing most of the jobs. Don't make patients to wait ...people come to visit doctor because they are sick ...so doctors and staffs and management should understand that and act accordingly by not making the patient wait ... I took an appointment and I had to wait there for freaking 3 hours to meet the doctor..don't make fun of patients like us who is coming to you people for help
