Background:I have suffered with depression since attaining seventeen yrs of age and as the time passed it grew. I went on sleep medication after attaining 30 years of age.Later anti depressent and bipolar medication.However,since last 3 years,even with medications I was feeling depressed,anxious ,lethargic , lack of sleep and felt uneasy inside every waking moment.All the time my mind was trying to figure out how to get rid of it.It had impacted my career and life.

I consulted Dr Srinivas 6 months ago and he patiently understood my problems and medications I was taking. He figured out the root cause of my problem was to get deep sleep and have good amount of serotinin and other chemicals in the brain which keeps the mind energetic and in positive mood.
