As I m very young I was really worried about my lifestyle. My parents are also concerned about that. I used to ate lot of junk food like maggi, chips, pizza and lot. I feel healthy food is just taste less but when I have meet with doctor and thought process is totally change now. I must say that healthy food is as taste as junk. You should must have taste healthy food Sadal, green vegetables and more😄

I feel so lazy all time and feel so tried after coming back to home. My eating habits are also so bad as inoffice i use to eat lot of junk food.
