For the last three or four months, I was having frequent anal abscesses.The swelling and pain increased as the days passed. One of my friends who already had his father treated, suggested me to go for Pristyn Care. I checked about it on the internet and was amazed to see its expertise and the specialist doctors it has. I booked the appointment for Pristyn Care associated hospital in Ludhiana and met Dr. Piara Singh. After doing some tests, he confirmed that I had a fistula. He also suggested me to go for laser treatment as it was the best option for my disease. The surgery went well. I was given a private room and care buddy to look after me until I was discharged from the hospital. On the day of my surgery, Pristyn Care team also provided me cab facility and foods. The only thing that causes me a little problem was the paperwork as it took me some time to complete. However, the rest of the things were handled greatly.

Dr Piara Singh is totally different from the other doctors we met. He was helpful, kind as well as comforting. We visited him for my mother's piles treatment. My mother is above 60 and is scared of the name of surgery. She’d be ready to eat tons of medicines but not surgery. This delay got her piles condition worse. But when we visited Dr Piara at his clinic in Ludhiana, he at once suggested laser surgery. The surgery was hassle-free and easy and my mother was released from the hospital within 24 hours. She was only asked to follow a certain not so difficult diet routine and not do any heavy physical tasks. My mother is much better now.

My brother was suffering from chronic constipation for a very long time. She developed grade 2 piles due to chronic constipation. I got in touch with Dr. Piara Sigh to consult about my condition which was turning more painful with every passing day. The doctor physically examined me and diagnosed it to be Pilonidal Sinus. He explained to me all about the problem and the laser treatment to cure it completely. I was scared about the surgical procedure, but Dr. Piara comforted me that its going to be free of cuts and bleeding. He further told me that the procedure will take about only 30 minutes or so and I will be free to go home in 24 hours. The only problem that I faced was that my drop service after the surgery was delayed, but apart from that there was nothing that caused me discomfort. To sum up my experience, I am happy with my treatment and the timely follow-ups.
