Luna Jaiswal is not a name, it's an institution. She is the rarest GEM.She makes me see the food in terms of wholesome food rather than protein carbs and fats. She gives so much attention and time(which anyone rarely gives these days)to her clients. When you enter her office her calm and positive energy will engulf you and automatically you will forget your anxiety. It feels that you are in the presence of some saint. The best part is that she will make you realise where you are wrong rather than to pinpoint your mistakes. She has real wisdom regarding food and nutrition. Her method is not to give a chart of what to eat and what not to eat but what’s best for the individual to eat to stay healthy and strong. I was an overweight woman and till now I have lost substantial fat from my body. I can say 14 kgs. I started losing fat rather than losing my mind. Maintaining good health is a lifelong habit. There is no shortcut, no magic pills, no magic words. She made me understand that consistency is key. She also possesses a great knowledge of ayurveda. She incorporates many sciences while giving and showing you the right approach to achieve good health because losing weight is the by-product of good health and a stable mind. She will make you connect with the food which has made your genetic structure rather than the food which made the genetic structure of people outside of india. Somehow so many information present on internet and so many influencers suggesting people one way or another to lose weight we have lost the true wisdom of food which our ancestors practiced everyday from generation to generation but as Indians we believe what west approves rather than to appreciate the tried and tested foods which was passed to us from our ancestors and Madam Luna had studied invested her time, energy and her resources to gather learn that wisdom and she is very willing to pass down her wisdom and knowledge to her every client. I applaud and give my highest regards for her every second she spent with me and guided me.
